Michael Ngai

Chairman

Mr Ngai has extensive international corporate finance, merger & acquisition and capital markets.

He is the Chairman of The Red Group. Previously served as a Managing Director in UBS Investment Bank. Mr. Ngai is also serving as a member of National Committee, The Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference (“CPPCC”), Standing Member of Heilongjiang Province Committee, CPPCC and President of Finance Association fo Hong Kong.

Mr Ngai graduated from University of Cambridge with a master degree.

Amin Shafie

Partner

Mr. Shafie is a Partner in Intres Capital Partners. He was also a founding partner of Quest Mark Capital Management a venture capital management firm based in Kuala Lumpur with operations in Hong Kong.
Prior to that, he was with MSC Venture Corporation, and involved in Malaysia’s first venture fund focused on the ICT industry. Throughout his tenure, he is active on the boards of portfolio companies involved in tv media, animation, new media, mobile applications, big data, medical devices, drone services, IOT and green technology industry.
Mr. Amin Shafie graduated from Western Michigan University in USA with a BBA in Computer Information System.

沙雅明

合夥人

沙雅明先生是Intres Capital Partners的合夥人。他還是Quest Mark Capital Management的創始合夥人，Quest Mark Capital Management是一家總部位於吉隆坡，在香港運營的風險投資管理公司。

在此之前，他曾在MSC Venture Corporation工作，並參與了馬來西亞首個專注於ICT行業的風險基金。在任職期間，他活躍於投資組合公司，涉及電視媒體，動畫，新媒體，移動應用，大數據，醫療設備，無人機服務，物聯網和綠色技術行業。

沙雅明先生畢業於美國西密歇根大學，擁有計算機信息系統學士學位。

Alan Fung

Partner

Mr. Fung is an all-round financial expert with investment banking and corporate management background with rich experiences in corporate finance, corporate financial management and merger & acquisitions.

He was previously an executive director in a HK-listed company. Prior to that, Mr. Fung also served in UBS Investment Bank, Cazenove Asia and KPMG.

Mr. Fung graduated from Imperial College London with a master in Finance and is also a Certified Public Account.

Daniel Lui

Executive Director

Mr. Lui has many years of experience in fund management, enterprise financial consulting and providing services for fund raising, public listing, acquisition and merger, internal control planning and implementation.

He has served as director and senior management for several private and publicly listed companies in HK and PRC，including working as Assistant General Manager and Financial Controll for Guizhou Cultural Industrial Investment Co. Ltd., Director and General Manager for Tomson Pacific Group (a HK listed company with total assets of more than HK$3 billion).

Mr. Lui graduated from Baptist University, majoring in Business Management, and minoring in Accounting, IT and obtained his MBA degree from the University of East Asia in Macau. Mr. Lui is a Certified Internal Control Specialist of Internal Control Institute.

雷志強

執行董事

雷先生在基金管理，企業財務諮詢以及為集資，上市，併購，內部管制計劃和實施等服務方面具有多年經驗。

他曾在香港和中國的多家民營和上市公司擔任董事和高級管理人員，其中包括貴州文化產業投資有限公司的助理總經理和財務控制，Tomson Pacific集團（一家總資產為超過30億港元）。

雷先生畢業於浸會大學工商管理專業，並輔修會計學，並從澳門東亞大學獲得工商管理碩士學位。雷先生是內部控制研究所的認證內部控制專家。

YK Ma

Investment Director

Mr. Ma has many years of business and intangible asset valuations, financing, corporate restructuring, and other corporate development experience.

He served as a the director of corporate development for the beauty products trading firm and the household appliances production company. Prior to that, he was the VP-project investment for a fund management company in China and the VP for a payment services company in China.

Mr. Ma graduated with the Master Degree in Investment Management and BSBA in Investment and Insurance from the City University in London, UK.

梁耀聰

顧問

梁先生是馬來西亞經驗豐富的企業家，也是Questmark Capital Management Sdn Bhd的投資顧問。

從中國回國後，他於2002年創立了成功的馬來西亞藝人管理公司Cosmos Discovery，Octopus.com，東南亞最大的三語娛樂網絡公司以及Centraline，後者是當時東南亞最大的動畫公司之一。

自2012年以來，梁先生開始涉足綠色技術機遇，從事可再生能源業務，並成立了一家名為Sendang Energy的新公司。
